Altar Constellations: Spring Emergence

Toronto, ON - April 27 - 1:00-3:30pm

Join Kat Gibson and Simona Irwin as we gather under the new moon in Taurus for a special altar constellations workshop. As spring unfolds, we ask: What seeds have we planted over the winter that are now beginning to take root and emerge? How can we create deep, nourishing roots with our intentions, our bodies, and the ways we long to contribute to the world around us?

This is a space to explore what supports and what blocks our rooting into presence, into prosperity, into a more embodied way of being. Through quiet altar work and optional group constellations, we place our stories into the field and witness them reflected back through movement, symbols, and sensation.

Together, we’ll resource and constellate with the support of nature allies and ancestral wisdom, allowing what has been stuck to shift, and what is emerging to come forward with clarity and ease. As the altar transforms, so too may our nervous systems; offering a felt sense of integration and readiness for what is blooming in the spring of your life.

Altar constellations are an embodied practice inspired by Family Constellations, whose roots are deeply influenced by the Indigenous wisdom of the Zulu people in South Africa.

When: Sunday April 27th - 1:00-3:30pm
