Belonging to Land: Weaving Lineage into Life

Embodied Systemic Constellation Workshop

Facilitated by Kat Gibson & Simona Irwin

Online via Zoom

June 24th, 1-2:30pm ET

How do we carry the land within us? And what becomes possible when we remember it as an ally?

This online constellation workshop invites you to explore your ancestral connection to land—both the land that holds you now and the lands your people once belonged to. Through guided somatic practice and object-based inquiry, we’ll gently turn toward the patterns, entanglements, and repetitions that may be moving through us, often unconsciously, and shape the way we meet life today.

We’ll begin with a grounding embodiment practice, connecting with the earth beneath you and calling in a felt sense of lineage and place. Land becomes more than backdrop—it becomes a witness, a guide, an ancestral presence in its own right.

From there, we’ll enter a quiet personal constellation using symbolic objects and intuitive placement. You’ll be invited to explore a current challenge or inherited story that may be asking for acknowledgement, inclusion, or release.

This is not a group constellation where roles are assigned. Instead, it’s a private, facilitated ritual of seeing, sensing, and softening—followed by space for reflection and integration.

Systemic and Family Constellation work welcomes all who are curious about how familial, cultural, ecological, and ancestral dynamics may be shaping their present experience.

Kat and Simona offer grounded, trauma-informed facilitation rooted in somatics, ecology, and a deep trust in love, complexity, and the enduring presence of ancestral connection.
